Wow, journalist goodness. I'm almost the hell out of 29 Palms, 14 work days left. God I'll be glad to get out of here. Right now I'm living from WoW session to reading time. The class is essentially over, we're spending alot of time ******** off now, more than we are actually doing anything. I love it when classes get like this.
It reminds me of the 4th quarter of my Senior year. I didn't do hardly any work in my day classes, because I was making enough credits in my night classes to graduate. It's great to know that I can get a legit diploma with next to no effort. I should have calculated it out my freshmen year, to see how many classes I could fail and still graduate highschool.
Sometimes I find myself wishing I'd gone to college or even just festered at home working some crappy job. The Marine Corps can be hard sometimes, it can be unjust alot too.
Take Friday morning PT for instance, we had a Marine fall out of the formation because he's really fat and out of shape, so I dropped back and ran with him for about a block, then I caught up to the formation and told one of the Sergeants who then dropped to go get him and run the rest of the way with him. Now tomorrow morning I'm going to get ******** with for not "giving 110%" the whole of PT when I was really just trying to help a Marine stay motivated and keep up.
I don't know I think that's probably the last time I ever help anyone.
