Okay, well yesterday was kind of interesting. I went to a normal day of school and all, nothing huge besides went to lunch with youth pastor, which rocked, but anyways, after school I went home. Well me and my bro descided to go to 7-11 and get candy, he's six, and I descided to make the choice to get a tripple energy drink. Well, It has been almost a month or more since I last had an energy drink of even normal size, this maybe wasn't a great choice, but i thought it would be good since i had martial arts in an hour and was tired and needed it. Well, my instructor descided a very hard cardio day was in order, followed by the forms, well, about half through class my hands start to shake uncontrollably. This is not a normal thing, even a small shake for me has never happened, I at this point and genuainly freaked out in a way. By the end of clas they are shaking pretty badly. They continue the rest of the night slwoly getting better, but now a morning later, they have yet to stop.... no more energy drinks for me.... i learned something from this.
