Understanding that storms require a mix of unstable elements in order to manifest makes it possible to take action against a storm by identifying what is feeding it and refusing to supply it with the energy it requires to sustain itself. This power to refuse to cooperate with the needs of storms lie at the heart of surviving them, and serves to protect the Self. To find the correct path, control and protect the emotional Self.
Ramora (ruh-more-rah) is the symbolic rune representing storms. When Ramorra appears in reverse, a storm is brewing. The current situation is becoming unstable and, if not addressed, an emotional storm is likely. Fortunately, Ramorra in reverse suggests the temporary gift of foresight is within your grasp. Look…listen…feel. What is the source of the unstable energy being drawn to the situation? If you can find the source, you can possibly prevent it from becoming manifest. Look to your emotions, or to the emotions of someone nearby. The emotional Self of someone is under attack and, unless addressed head on, the instability of the situation will soon coordinate into the chaos of a storm. Walking a path in solitude can rejuvenate the Self, allowing it to take in all that surrounds it, undisturbed by the distractions of the world. Solitude can bring introspection, insight, and new knowledge to the Self. Sometimes, feelings of freedom and oneness with the world can only be achieved in solitude and, therefore, it should be embraced. But solitude cannot always be contrived or arranged, and it is not unusual to suddenly find ourselves alone unexpectedly. The challenge of solitude is to understand the lessons it is trying to convey to the Self, and not to fall into feelings of loneliness when confronted with those lessons. This is the greatest challenge of solitude - not to submit to the darker energies that hover around it, jealous of the power it commands. If despair and loneliness present themselves in the presence of solitude it is essential that you not succumb to their siren call. Refusing to turn solitude into something dark requires strength and conviction, and above all else, the ability to be comfortable being alone. When solitude appears on the path nourish the Self with knowledge, expose the Self to new things, allow the Self to heal if that is what is necessary. Quiet, tranquility, and harmony are some of the most powerful gifts of solitude, focus on these when you are lucky enough to have the Self to yourself. The path ahead is open to you alone.

Iluvame is a powerful source of energy for the Self and suggests your powers are in a heightened state, prepared for anything you may encounter on the path. When Seredar appears it is a time to feel the joy that comes from expectation, from knowing that something special is about to arrive in your life. But do not forget the fragility of the womb, take care of yourself, manage your thoughts, do not act rashly, or without proper consideration of the environment. As powerful as the womb is, it is also the most fragile of environments so protect it with as much zeal as you can muster.
