At a peer that was crescent shaped with many stores surrounding the water and a popular diner famous for their smoothies. The water was filled with teens and young adults on all sorts of floating objects. I was apart of a "scoobi-dooish" team that solved mysteries without villians dressed in costumes. I was a extremely cooler form of shaggy with a rat named Rous. I was dating a girl who looked alot like Emmanuelle Chriqui she was the daphne character. The fred character was the coolest kid on the pier and was usually found on his matress that floated in the water. He dated a brainy blond who was obviosly supposed to be daphne. It was the 70s and for some reason we were helping Nixon prove he was framed for watergate. I drove a van called the Wagon.
