History: Kir used to belong to the SPETSNAZ when Russia finally reinstated it, barley passing the training regime. Soon after joining the forces he was one of the forces set out to "contain" the mutants which really only turned out to be slaughtering them. After the world went to hell with the black out, civilization begun to crumble and once more the SPETSNAZ disbanded. Having lost his home to a massive mutant attack Kir now searches for a new place to call home.
