Ignorant people shouldn’t be allow to do news reports or publish articles at whatever media outlets they work at, WITHOUT first doing a thoroughly research on the topic. They spread their lack of knowledge on a subject and end up giving misleading information to their readers, viewers, and listeners. It’s unacceptable to judge something without actually knowing what it’s all about.
A good example of this would be Fox News Mass Effect Debate, which was a ridiculously sensationalized debate and every gamer cringes at the memory of it. If you’re one and haven’t seen it then you will when you’re finish watching it. But what I want to rant isn’t about that, it’s about why ignorant people do not do their RESEARCH! Their job is to inform the public with the truth, the facts and basically educate them on the subject. Not be bias and only research on your point of view because it’s right to you. A person has to view both sides in order to have a better understanding of what it is they are talking about.
It would make the world more open and smarter with less ignorant people, when they have the proper information to form their OWN opinions on something.
