Ok so getting over a break up can be really hard so im going to give some tips on how to get over them.
1.COMFORT FOOD IS KEY cheese_whine -every one knows when you are feeling crapy most go straight to ice cream straight from the carton.
2. FRIENDS dramallama : - one thing is spend time with friends they are they for you and will most likely help you.
3. EXPRESS YOURSELF rofl - go and write how you feel in a diary or like this journal.4.family- maybe you and your family can go out and spend time.
4YOURSELF 3nodding - spending time alone always makes me write backup again.
5. DISTRACTIONS wahmbulance - music t.t a good book any kind of distraction will help taking your mind off of things.
6.CRYING - just getting the feelings out can help make you feel less stressed out. CONFRONT THE EX - burning_eyes ONLY if so you feel needed like if they are being mean for no reason put them in there place and don't back down.
8.CLUBS ninja - maybe your in a club you can always go and do things you love act sing yoga things were you feel you belong and no one can hurt or bother you.
9. HOMEWORK OR SCHOOL rolleyes -i know i dont like it either but your grades cant go down just be cause of a boy.
10. GO ONLINE AND FIND ADVISE idea - if this dosnt help get all the advise you need!
11. (last one) PUT YOURSELF OUT THERE lol - wear your best clothes , purfeme , ect anything to make him jelouse or you could flirt flirt flirt anything get under the skin girl! and rock out. hoped this helped write me on greathi thats me c u byee! redface exclaim biggrin
