♥!Groups history!♥
Perfume is a 3 unit techno-pop group consisting of A-Chan (Nishiwaki Ayaka), Kashiyuka (Kashino Yuka) and Nocchi (Oomoto Ayano)
Perfume formed in 1999 at an actors school in Hiroshima, Japan. Originally consisting of A-Chan, Kashiyuka and Kawashima Yuuka. Kawashima left the group soon afterward to continue her studies and later joined a band called "Risky,"
A-Chan and Kashiyuka were willing to move forward together, but a tip from A-Chans mother made A-Chan scout for a new member. She had said, "Isn’t there someone else? A two person unit kind of lacks power." A-Chan found Nocchi and asked her to join.(Kashiyuka had no idea at the time, and didn't find out until after Nocchi agreed)
They released their first single locally, OMAJINAI★ペロリ (OMAJINAI*Perori), in May of 2002, and released their second single, 彼氏募集中 (Kareshii Boshuu Chuu) that November.
