I wish to see you


I wish to see you,
But the distance is too great.
I cannot speak to you,
Due to complications.
Though we could talk through emails,
I am much too paranoid.
My weakness is causing us both pain.
I know in my heart, we are meant to be,
Though in my mind, I am frightened.
Should I let my love for you slip away?
Should I keep it alive?
I am torn apart by my mind and my heart.
