Izumi is a 12 year old and Mimi's cute little brother! Izumi joined the Cosplay Club because he has a sister complex and swears to follow her around where ever she goes! Izumi is well known around the Cosplay Club, and is always being fawned over by the third year students of Sayuku Academy that frequent the club. Izumi is good friends with everyone in the club, especially Anna, Sanako and Hitomi.
Izumi has a major crush on the cute Anna, and secretly gives her a pink rose everyday! Although, Anna thinks it's just another admirer. Yet, she keeps each flower for no real reason. When she finds out that Izumi is the one giving her the flowers, she is very happy to her surprise and very very confused.
Izumi is always shown holding some sort of stuffed animal, but on special days he'll take his beloved "Tama-chan" the bunny to school. Kyouu socializes with Izumi whenever he brings Tama-chan, but never when he doesn't.
