The conversation is strained. He brings up the weather. Yes, we did in fact know it was hot out a*****e. Anywhere but here, right? Just keep your mouth closed. You have nothing to say anyways. Although, that cant be said for stephanie. Shes talking to him like theyre old buddies. He's totaly thrilled, you can tell because he hasnt even tried to say anything to me. Later hel call my mom, talk about how happy he is that she is talking to him again, even if it is just to get his car.
I expect something to be said about my promotion. He says nothing and for some reason it stings. I did it for myself. Not for him. ******** him. When we get there and he leaves, stephanie starts throwing this guilt trip on me for not talking to him. That she cares all of a sudden bothers me. She is leaving, going through one of those late realizations that she has no parents. If he wants to change things, Let him. Its a little late for that deary.
