The days move quickly
Slowly, yielding
As the years begin to fade
I take the time to look
At the life I made
Boisterous laughter
Silent tears
Broken dreams
And hidden fears
Torn friendships
Destroyed relationships
Family troubles
With disputes between
Too much worrying
Not enough enjoying
I have years left
To do my best
So its time
To work toward the future
