Let me begin where I left off
8 Months Ago...
My vacation was probably one of the funnest times of my life, I got to go to Ontario and spend a week with my big sister and her kids whom I love love love, it was awesome to see them as it has been a very long time, I think it was the first time I have seen my niece since she was two, as for my youngest nephew. I have never in my life been so proud of anyone as I was of my sister to see the amazing little people she raised as a single mother, These kids are amazing... honestly, but enough about them. While in Ontario it was pretty much non stop running around doing different things mostly shopping , got a s**t load of CD's I needed to fill some holes which made me wicked happy, I believe I bought Friday the 13th (2009) whilst there as well but I forget....and it's not all that important. NOW, my main reason aside from visiting the fam was to see No Doubt, this was literally a dream come true for me and I was not disappointed, it was so amazing such an amazing positive energy and Gwen Stefani is probably the hottest 40... that's right 40 year old... I can't put into words how amazing this show was but I am getting goose bumps right this second thinking about it.... but yea, awesome show.
Moving on... Also while in Ontario we had a little day trip to Niagara Falls, it was just me and my sister strolling aroung checking out little shops, it took us twenty minutes to do the mirror maze LOL the man at the ticket booth had to come and turn the cleaning lights on so we could find our was out... we are fail. after that we went into the giant ferris wheel that over looked the entire tourist quarter of the falls as well as the falls themselves which are beautiful.... definitely something everyone should see and experience. After the ferris wheel we went to this little shop and had our hands cast in wax for mother, it was a pretty neat experience... lost a mass amount of arm hair D:.... The n we went to eat at this Rain forest Cafe place which was pretty cool, it was all decked out with trees and anima-tronics and the food was great, I forget what I had but I know I liked it. So aside from a lot of eating and shopping that pretty much concludes week one of my vacation. Week two I was back home and just chilling out, watched a lot of movies and just recouped before returning to work.
The Summer itself was pretty uneventful all I did really was work... and party....and work...and party. Aside from that I don't remember anything big or worth mentioning, it was fun but meh...
Uhm.... around September mother took a trip up to Ontario for a week which I am so happy she did, she needs so much vacation time it isn't funny, like most mothers she over works herself and takes absolutely no time for herself, I know she had a good time and that is all that matters.
What else....what else... Hmmmm.... I began planning my summer vacation this past October, I bought a ticket to the 2010 Vancon Salute to Supernatural... which if you don't know I am a huge fan of the show and can't wait, I am meeting up with a few friends, some from here in Canada some from Europe and it's gonna be an awesome weekend. From what I am understanding I will receive an autograph from all who attend which so far includes Jensen Ackles, Jared Pedelacki and Misha Colins (I also purchased a photo op with these three) and a few other people. This will raise my geek flag to a whole new level.
Christmas....blah blah blah.... New Years... blah blah blah....
Right now!!! right now I am in a pretty good place in my life, work is as good as it can be, home is not too bad, my sister moved here to NB and.....my great news is that I have applied to Culinary School out in Vancouver and I am pretty sure I have been accepted... just waiting for the actual acceptance letter soooo when I head out there for my Con I'll be moving....to the other end of the country which totally freaks me out but I am excited to embark on this new chapter of my life and embrace the change.
So yeah... that's about it... the last eight months of my life in a nut shell... when I get into a more regular flow with my journals again I'll throw some little fun things like I did in the beginning but I just wanted to get this all out while I was in the moo... hopefully it happens again soon
