Truth of the Heartless Outcast
Walking up to an old, large mansion as the sun began setting gave it an eerie look. Branches and leaves lay dead over the building, while the wood and bricks were chipping away. The house was dying of old age. Scars from whether and kids throwing rocks at it, it managed to stay in one piece. A tree with dark brown, almost black bark stood close to old building. As a willow the leaves carried themselves with the wind, as if it were saying 'I'm asleep. Taller then the mansion, it's whip like leaves fell down onto the house. Drapes of long leaves crawled onto the building, setting themselves comfortably on the mansion. They waved through the wind. Letting their ends flow carelessly along with the slight wind.The mansion had a balcony that over looked its area, some of the beams to hold people from going over had broke in some parts. It promised pain or death.A circular table sat on one side of the balcony with many cracks made into it. As if someone had fell on the table more then once, or beating it like it did something wrong. A couple of chairs sat dead around the table although many of them had broken legs. As they sat helpless, leaves fell upon them. The short hallway to the front scratched door was covered in spider webs, as well as the broken windows. The glittered in the sunset's final glimpse.
Many have said that an old couple had died, haunting their dead mansion. It had was said that the mansion held strange powers to drive people insane enough to kill themselves. No one had proof of course, but the legend moves on. Others had said that the old couple still live there, tricking people to get close enough to capture them and use them for their own uses. Many pass the home quickly in order to avoid any chances. Others wouldn't even go near the creepy mansion.
As the sun began to set, giving its last by shinning brightly, the mansion was hit. The sun's beams engulfed most of the building, shedding light where shadows were made. Purple, pink, and orange pink lit up in the clear sky.
Two people were walking down the side walk that stepped along the mansion's outskirts. Silence rested on both of them. Neither one talked as if they were unable to speak, yet they walked closely beside each other. One was shorter then the other with messy jet black and snow white hair. She looked like a he to many. She wore a white silk tie around her neck that swung lightly as she walked. With that, a zipped up black shirt. Covering it was a sleeveless black, designed trench coat. Her pants had two long silver chains lached, while zippers covered most of it. Her name was known as X. The other one, stood taller. His brown hair waved with the wind. As the sun hit his hair it looked red. His eyes were brownish red, looking more red then brown. He wore a black leather trench coat. It shined a little against the sun's beams. He wore plain dark blue pants as he wore black converse. He was known to many names but his real name was unknown to all. The names he went by was Jikogou, Akuma, Oni, Shi, Shinu, Shinda, Jaaku, and/or Aku.
X slowed her pace as she watched the mansion carefully. Almost passing it, she stopped. Watching the mansion carefully, it spoke to her silently. Aku stopped a little after as he turned his attention to X who stared blankly at the mansion. Aku glanced at the mansion before joining her. He stared up at the old building with caution. Soon after, X raced up to the mansion unaware of anything. She stopped at a wall as she began climbing to the balcony. She steadied her pace, finally making it. She turned around to over look Aku watching from below. Turning around to look at the balcony door, she heard Aku yelling to her from below.
"Lets go, come on." Aku shouted, staring up while waiting for an answer. He stepped forward a little, as he watched X take a step forward. Worry flew in his eyes.
Looking over her shoulder she yelled back," okay. One second though, I want to check something out real quick." Walking forward quickly, not waiting for a response, she grabbed the door nob from the balcony door. Her vision quickly got blurry as she noticed that it had turned dark already. She starred at the mansion unbelieving, realizing it was good as new. Letting go of the door handle, she swiftly turned back, throwing her hands on the balcony. Sudden fear flowed through her as she realized Aku was gone. She searched the yard, but kept quiet.
X suddenly got dizzy and passed out, falling to the wood floor, when she took one last glance at the night sky. Waking up, unable to breathe she realized she was soaking in water. Small bubbles danced up to the surface as she tried to wake up more. Her eyes burning from the water, she slowly raised above the surface. Not recognizing the room, she examined it carefully.
The bathtub was stained with blood and rust, she then realized the bath water was actually blood. She also noticed a picture on the floor, it was old, seemed recent. X widened her eyes as she realized it was a photo of Aku. He was cut by a blade and beaten. The blood ran down his clothes and body. She couldn't recognize where he was at in the photo. She gently grabbed the photo, still sitting in the blood bath. Flipping the picture over, she realized a sentence was written: "the blood was made from partly by him, thank him." Her eyes watered as she flipped the picture back over, staring at the picture of Aku. Glancing back at the floor, she realized there were a lot of photos of victims of the blood bath. Dropping the photo to the ground, she carefully stood blankly in the blood bath. Hate flowed through her as she stepped out of the bathtub. Darkness was in the hall.
Screams of pain and sorrow were heard echoing the halls. Cautiously, yet swiftly X followed the screams. Running through a long hallway that began to glow dark red and steam floated to the ceiling. Wondering what was going on, she realized her younger sister was latched against a burning hot tube. Screaming in agony, tears flowed down her cheeks. Clenching her fists in pain, X rushed in but stopped soon after when steam spitted out. "AH!!" X screamed in surprise, jumping back, then took a glimpse of her sister. The steam kept spitting out of a large tube, X couldn't bare to see her sister in pain, she launched herself in the steam while being burnt badly. "GAH!!" She growled, making it to the side.
"X!! IT HURTS!! HURTS SO MUCH!!" Tears continued to flow to the hot metal ground. X rushed to her sisters side, unlatches her younger sister. "X.." she sniffled, pointing to the picture in front of her. "The burns aren't as painful as.." X gazed at the picture, feeling sorrow for Ally. The picture contained her love beaten and bruised, just like the photo of Aku. Crying her eyes out, X helped her sister stand up. Ally's back was burnt badly, showing her spine and some of her ribs.
"They aren't trying to make us feel pain to the heart, but feel hatred towards who ever is doing this to us." X realized still staring at the picture. Pushing her sister out of the room with her, as soon as X reached the cool hallway, steam hit hard on X's side. Without screaming she bolted out of the room. "We have to find them," she dropped her head, "this is all my fault." Clenching her fists, she stepped in front of her sister. "Murder is the only option when someone messes with the people close to me." Swiftly running through the halls, she heard another scream. Her fantasies vanished as she swam back to reality.
Ally launched herself towards the scream, X watched her leave at first then went after her. Ally came to the room and pressed herself against a glass box with her lover inside, being tortured by steaming hot water. X stopped at the door way, watching in sadness as he pressed himself against the glass where Ally was. They stared into each others eyes as Ally shouted, "I'll get you out!! I promise!! I'm so sorry Kasuga..." Suddenly the door where X was standing began to shut, X bounded backward alarmed as the doors shut.
"ALLY!!" X shouted, launching herself at the door, banging her fists against the steal door.
X heard a voice as she stopped immediatly to listen. "X, listen!! You have to leave me here, I have to save Kasuga. Find Aku!!" The voice left as X wasn't sure whether to listen or not. Deciding she backed away from the door and took one last glance of it before walking quickly through the halls. She finally made up to a staircase as she watched the door upstairs. Taking her time to go upstairs she heard rough housing and screaming of hate.
Finally reaching the door she opened it and realized fighting was going on. Aku slahsed the man who had a shot gun in had with a kitchen knife. She noticed the man's shadow, it was a demon. X raced in to hurt the demon but Aku pushed her away, "stay out of this X!!" As X was pushed away she bumped into someone. When she jumped back, turning to see, she realized it was the demon's love. She stood over X, with an evil grin across her face.
When X glanced over at Aku, he had pounced at the demon as they both fell to the floor. The demon got up while Aku wasn't seen no longer. He suddenly vanished. The demon stared at X, pointing the gun at X, she quickly moved out of the way as she hid behind his lover. It was too late to move out of the way, he had shot his gun, hitting his lover many times. Blood splattered where the bullets had hit. X was shocked, staring at the demon as he gave her a death glare. X let his wife drop to the ground, unmoving. As he ran up to her, a hand had grabbed her bare arm, pulling her out of the way. She realized it was Aku. He grabbed her hand as the jumped on the two beds that sat close together and he threw her out gently. "I can't risk you getting hurt!! Stay here, I can handle this." Shutting the door and locking it shut, she raced to the door banging it while shouting, "no, Aku!! Please!!"
"Your Oni won't come back, I reassure you," she heard the demon's voice laugh. Finally she heard another BANG!! Everything grew silent as X waited to here something. She heard something fall onto the floor and the door unlock. The door swung open as X walked worried inside. Hatred began to fall upon her again as she noticed Aku's body lay motionless on the floor. "A-- Aku?" Shaking, she turned towards the door at the demon.
While walking towards the grinning demon with the shotgun, X had grabbed a saw, but put it behind her back so it was unseen. She didn't let him leave his sight when she got closer to her he launched himself at her, she turned on the saw as she pulled it from behind her back. He was shocked as she sliced the saw upward, cutting his torso then face, deeply cutting him, he fell to the ground. Watching his own blood travel out of his body, his eyes widened as he fell to the floor and vanished into a million pieces.
His lover behind X screamed in shock and anger as she grabbed the saw and tried to attack cut her. Dodging, the demon's wife turned into her demon, she looked fierce. Unable to get away she realized something laying on the floor, it was the long knife Aku had earlier. Picking it up and finally getting away from the demon, she snuck up from behind the demon as she jumped beside her, piercing her skull with the knife. The wife dropped the saw as her eyes rolled back in her head. X stood, still keeping the knife where it was.
A smile drew across X's face as she let the blade go, watching the wife of the demon vanish like he did. She stood for a few more seconds until she realized it had quickly turned to early morning. A golden light peeked into the door's window. Getting back to reality, X turned back to see Aku laying there. She knealed down as she put Aku in her arms. She stared in sorrow down at his scarred face. He then woke, slightly opening his eyes as he realized it was X. He smiled happily to see that she was okay. When looked her in the eyes he reached his hand up to her face and pulled her into a kiss. Blushing, she kissed him back.
As soon as they got outside again X saw her sister and her lover Kasuga snuggling close together. X smiled as she walked outside. Everything flashed t a bright light as she woke up with a flashlight in her face. Slightly opening her eyes she looked past the bright light and noticed it was Aku.
Confused, X spoke," huh? What...happened?" She felt her limbs were too weak and numb. Aku turned off the light as he gave her a hug.
"I was worried," she whispered in her ear. "You had fallen off the balcony, I caught you but you didn't wake up for an hour." She put her hand on his back as he continued to hug her close.
Silence was upon them both as she was still wondering how she could still feel the pain from being burnt and the coolness of the blood bath. Burnt marks were over her right side and her clothing was torn a little, but didn't mention anything for she didn't want him to worry.
Braking the silence, Aku suggested,"would you like to come home with me for the night?" X closed her eyes as she faintly nodded with a slight smile. As Aku picked her up and carried her out of the mansion's yarn, she watched the mansion as she realized two people stood at their front door grinning and waving. Fear struck her as they left. It was the two demons and their beautiful mansion.
