Jacque de le Mortimer, of the Morte Bloodline.
From birth he was a test subject, being born a Purest Blood without having the traditional white hair and red eyes. Instead he had light pink hair, and one red eye that a sinister glow seemed to radiate from. He never really had much of a social life, always spending his time studying to become something greater. Aristocrats were he was from were exempt from most laws and could do as they wished.
His father, Ziv Alexander Morte, grew increasingly tired of his son's fascination with occultism studies and forced onto him the burden of Lacerator, a test in which a vampire slices his own major veins and must hunt and feed before the sun rises, or die. This was the last attempt to make Jacque a true vampire, his weak nature keeping him back.
That is when hell came to earth. Stories if a vampire by the name of " The Lingering Tormentor" and " The Boogeyman" were printed in newstands all across France, each telling of a sinister and evil being whoms only delight was in woman and hurting others.
Jacque has never confirmed or denied suspicions of him being said super vampire, but he is always defensive about the red wine stains in his cloaks and overcoats.
