Hello! It's been awhile, but I don't think anybody ever reads my journal. ^^
Today's topic: Shojo Manga
People tend to say they love shonen more than shojo, but the majority of manga I read is shojo. Don't get me wrong, I do read a little shonen. Shojo isn't exactly my favorite genre, I do like the slice of life, supernatural or adventure elements. I guess. Whenever I go to the library, I always pick something up from Shojo Beat.
I like those shojo comics when it's the BOY who blushes over the girl. It's more cuter that way. 3nodding Also, he wants to tell her, but never gets the chance, and the girl KNOWS he has a crush, but she doesn't know it's her, and she is all like, "You should tell her how you feel!!! Seize the day!!".... and then the boy sweatdrops.... I make this sound like CCS... AND I HATE it when yaoi/yuri is involved. I think it's sickening. When I read CCS, I though "Shaoran/Yuki is cute, but it's GROSS!!!"...and..."Toya/Yuki is okay, so I'll let it slide.. but it's still GROSS."
So yeah. That's my POV of shojo manga.
