Hairstyle/color; Kuro's hair is Very layered at the top, Large side bangs, and the back of his hair goes a little above his knees. He Mocha/light brown colored hair. with one very bright blond streak on his left side.
Eyes; His eyes are a luminous orange. His right eye has a tiny white star shaped pupil. He tends not to open that eye as much, but he will on a lazy day.
Personality & Background;
Kuro is a very bright, fun spirited person. When he wants to do something, he will do it 78% of the time.
Kuro grew up in a pretty low part of the city. his parents were almost never around so he had alot of free time to do whatever he wanted. If someone did take care of him it was his neighbors.
On his free time he would go explore around the deserted parts of his neighborhood/marketplace. He kept going hoping for something to happen and something did. after a long while of traveling around he found a specimen that caught his interest. It seemed like an older gentleman but to poor kuro, him being only 10 at the time he thought it was a monster.
D: So kuro kept a close eye on him. a year later kuro confronted the being and found out it was a Psychic. He begged him to be his mentor and sooner enough, he agreed. Now at 12, kuro is a learning apprentice to his mentor Amancio :3

Outfit; his signature item right now is his hat. Its a stylish baseball cap he wears sideways. one half of the hat is black. the other half is white and has a single heart. The part with the single heart is facing forwards. He has One necklace with a smiley face pendant. His shirts are just alot of baggy Multicolored ones. If he does wear any other type of shirt its a loose fitting striped longsleeve with a big puffy black vest. He usually wears baggy-ish Jeans. nothing so special or tricky about them, except he sharpied in a smile onto the left leg :3. He has Gangster Shoes XD. Black and white.
