I know this may be a subject some people don't wish to talk about or hear, but I feel I have to bring this out. Today my family is going to attempt to adopt a new dog that was abused. She has two scars, one on her shoulder and another closer to her rear end. She's scared and not very trusting of us yet. She's afraid and when I see that look on her face, it makes me want to cry for the pain she's in, but it also makes me mad that some heartless bastards would do such a thing. She was bred and she's probably lucky to still be alive, she's mostly skin and bones. The worst part is that her vocal cords are damaged....because they were cut..she can't even bark. It makes me sick to my stomach just thinking that there are poor innocent animals that are being tortured just because their owners get a kick out of it. We're going to do our best to help her through this and have a good home. For those of you who care then please pray and wish us luck.
