"Grandma...You won't believe me."
"What? That Joseph was a vampire?"
"What?!"
Her grandmother chuckled. "Yeah, I already knew that ever since I first saw him."
"How?"
"C'mon. Red eyes, pale, cold skin, what else? Super speed?"
"Yes. So you knew?"
"Yes. Even the you losing blood trick. That'll never happen."
"Oh. So you need to know something."
"You're in love with him."
"What?!"
"I knew it."
"Yes, but that's not it."
"What?"
"The human race is in grave danger. We need an army."
"They're coming?"
"Yes."
She sighed. "Well, then, I'll try to convince them, but they might think that I need to go to the nut house."
"They won't listen to us. We're just kids."
