Is it hard where you live?
Do you even have a place to stay?
Is there any money left?
How do you keep the bad thoughts at bay?

The Recession has hit people hard.
I try not to let these feelings break through.
But its hard as I see the people crying in misery.
Is it hard for you too?

Hope and Faith keep many going.
But what of those who have none?
They look to one person, our president.
But he's one person and only one.

What can one man do?
What can he try?
Do we put our faith in one man?
Or do we sit here and cry?

I can keep my faith.
Even if its One Man.
But others cannot.
I don't think they can.

They say he's a socialist.
They say he is wrong.
But we must put our trust,
So our bad luck can be gone.

I can try as hard as I want.
But can my faith come through.
They say it all starts with one person.
Can that be true?

With one person, it multiplies to two.
With One Man, it can mulitply too.
My feelins of faith move through the crowd.
Soon everyone will feel it, and soon we'll be proud.

It may be One Man.
But his voice is strong.
He will fix it all,
And banish all wrong.
