Job: Faerie King, ruler of Gorias, Finias, Murias, and Falias. Past: Sindri was born into a noble family who was very close to the royal family. As a child he was quite passive and never cared to socialize with other children, thinking them to be inferior. Instead he would occupy himself by reading military and magic books his father kept in the study. He developed a taste for war and power at a young age and was thrilled to learn of his betrothal to Nerida; not because of Nerida herself, but because he would become king, the ultimate ruler of the faerie realm.
Sindri thought of Nerida as nothing more than a "trophy wife". He never put in true efforts to woo her and frankly he did not care whether or not she liked him; she'd have to marry him regardless. He never thought of her as a threat and thus was quite oblivious to her infatuation with the foreign warrior Kheelan.
After Faylinn’s birth Sindri noticed that his wife would go great lengths to keep the child away from him. This did not matter to him as he never cared to have a girl originally; he wanted a boy. He tried several times to have a son, but Nerida would not conceive. This turned Sindri’s indifference towards his wife into bitterness.
When it was discovered that Faylinn was only half faerie, this anger grew hundred fold, ready to murder Faylinn and Nerida. Kheelan, however, stepped in and defended the girls. It was then Sindri knew who the true father was and took great pleasure in killing off the “elven traitor”. The girls escaped that night, but Sindri was not discouraged. Instead he started to gather a group of elite faerie warriors who he would then send to bring back Faylinn. After all, the heir to a faerie throne cannot be a half-breed… How I Found This Shop: Searching for the only threat to the throne, Faylinn.
