I had fallen asleep on my master's shoulder, I didn't realize I was that tall already despite I'm simply 15 years old. The birds had sung us to sleep that night on that wooden bench and nothing felt better then that blanket of stars over our heads. I woke up to the sun winking over the hills in the east and found myself alone on that bench in sudden shock. I had perhaps stole my master's cape seeing how I was asleep clutching it and he decided to head down into the Inn. She threw the cape over herself and found that it wasn't dragging on the ground, but fit her almost perfect save for one thing...she didn't have the broad shoulders a man had. Down the spiraled stairs and to open the door she found all 5 of them lounging in the room where discussion or good times were spoken of. The first to notice her was Abraham, his eyes in slight shock as he stopped drinking from his mug of ale. Alestar's falcon ruffled his chest feather at the sight of her as if it felt challenged by her appearance. Her master sat at the bar-table one hand on his sword and the other holding an empty shot glass. He still had his hat on, his black collar covering most of his face. Benjamin and his son looked up as they were reading or studying through several books and scrolls, they gave a curt nod, She swore Ben smiled a little and returned to their work. Alestar broke the silence with a calm voice filled with Mirth, "It seems our apprentice is starting to steal her master's own appearance before our very eyes" Black stirred and turned to look at her. He got off the stool and looked fully at her. Her hair pulled back slightly as some locks were loose around her face, her eyes a slightly icier blue than last recalled...her height adding more to her aged look as she was no longer a thin devil-tongued rogue looking child...but of someone he could see her as a person of knowledge and cunning senses. She walked across the room and jumped onto the stool next to her master and gave a shy smile, "Would you be wanting your cape back any time soon?" He turned to the bartender, "Can I have another shot up please?" The bartender was old, silver haired, but had a fine black moustache, he gave a smile, "And for the lady what'll it be?" He was joking but Mayo shook her head wanting nothing, not even to eat. It was almost around 12 o' clock 'till they left the Inn. Mayo had a chance to buy herself an set of clothes that matched her masters. A white cotton shirt with a black vest that had belts to draw it tight on herself. Pants going down to her knees were tucked over with high leather boots that fit her fine and mighty. Instead of a cloak she grabbed a trench coat and a simple black hunters hat. It was a sight few seen, those six walking down the street. Even Mayo seemed like a young adult, all of them kept looking straight ahead, not one soul in that town knew them. No one recognized, rumors flew they were bounty hunters, a gang, or once they were called dark guardians... Mayo simply smiled under that broad hat as they left into the forest and headed home.
