The reason it's hard to have online relationships is because internet, phone and texting uses only 10%, yes 10% of communication. The reason is because it's easy to hide up bad qualities and bad habits. In real life you can see how they communicate with their family, friends and schoolmates/ workmates.
On the phone or internet, it's easy to hide who you truly are. Therefore it's easy to have an online partner because you see nothing but good in them. It's easy to get along online when you are in "love" with that person. Real life is a bit of a challenge to find the one because you can see who they are 24/7, you can pick out the faults and imperfections they have and detach yourself sooner.
Internet love is fantasy. Just like a book. Internet love can seem good, it's nice to have things in common, but reality is they are not who they want you to think. I know this very well, I've been through internet dating several times, I've fallen in love with people who aren't real, I've been terribly hurt from it, and I've heard of other people's online relationships.. It's the same outcome every time.
I tell my friends this.. I hate seeing my friends get hurt from "love". None of my friends listen to me because their mind is filled with fake dreams and fantasies.
I usually don't tell this to my friends because then they think I am just trying to ruin their happiness and they think they're right and I'm just someone who needs to keep her opinion to herself. But the truth is that these people are so smart, they're stupid. Yes it sounds right but it's true.
And I'm right, I know the outcomes of things, or else i wouldn't say anything. I'm not stupid, sometimes it may seem I am a bit slow at things but I'm actually intelligent. And I have something many people are losing.
