I've just completed a mock interview this morning with a guy called Roy at Workdirections. I felt that the interview went well at first, but then Roy put a crushing blow on that. At first he was complimentary then he then went on that I gave too much details in my first answer. He said that I went on for 10 minutes giving the answer and that on other questions I should have given short but constuctive answers. I sat there at the beginning feeling good about the interview we had, but as he went on with the 'consructive critism by confidence diminished. I know that this is for my benefit, but I have a interview on Thursday and I'm not sure how confident I'm going to be. If Roy saw this Journal entry he would probably say that I should shorten it and not to put so much detail in the entry.
