Rui sat on his bed, his cloths already back on. Lin, on the other hand, still was getting his shirt on.
"Wow you take long." Rui teased.
Lin squirmed through the shirt, and buttoned it up the middle. "So? What's the rush?"
"Just that my sister might be home anytime now, and you still have to get your pants on." Rui laughed.
Lin looked down to his pants on the floor, and then back at Rui. "Well, it's your sister's fault. I mean, she just had to call you then, didn't she?"
Rui shrugged. "It's her thing. She has horrible timing all the time."
Lin pouted a little, before he slipped on his baggy pants, and tied them tight with his sash. He walked back over to Rui on his bed, and sat next to him. Rui had a feeling he wanted to talk about Tirel, and the mall.
"Listen, don't open your mouth, unless it's to kiss, or-"
"Rui, we don't have to talk about it if you don't want to, you know that." Lin cut off.
Rui kissed Lin again. "You never let me finish, little Lin."
Lin smiled, and put his hand on Rui's leg. "I might never if you keep kissing me like that."
A small ringing came from Rui's phone on his head board. He moved over, and saw the name. Kelly. What did she want? He fliped it open, and saw it was a picture message.
It was of him and Lin, walking in the mall.
Was she stalking him? Below, it said, 'Ru, what you have with him must stop now, or else I'll make sure you get over thrown.'
A huge grin appeared on Rui's face. She didn't know that, being over thrown, was what he wanted all along. Before he even knew Lin, before he even pretended to be Ero, he wanted to be Rui, not the king they said he was.
Rui hit the 'reply' button, and text, 'Go ahead. Be my guest, because I'm not breaking up with Lin.' He paused on the send button. If he sent it, she might get really angry. But that was what he wanted anyways. He pressed it.
"Who's calling you now? Can't they get the impression you're busy?" Lin asked.
Rui turned to him, and put his phone back on the head board. "No one. Mabey santa, but hey, we have all day to do almost anything we want. What do you want to do?"
Lin folded his arms across his chest. "What I want to do, we can't."
Rui kissed him. "Well if we turn on my I-deck, and lock the door..."
Lin laughed, and rested his head on Rui's shoulder. "Sly, sly, sly Rui. You said I take long to get dressed."
"Well, like I said, we have all day. If you feel as weird as you look right now, then-"
The door to Rui's room flung open, and Adri stood at it, holding a bag. "Hey Rui- oh, you are here..." Adri threw the bag to Rui, and he caught it. "I got you the books you wanted earlier. A peace offering almost."
"Thanks I guess, almost. What made you come home so early? Didn't you have an interveiw for another collage?" Rui asked.
Adri leaned on the door way. "It got shot down. Once they saw that I didn't finish the last course, they sent me away without any second thought. What? I spoil your plans with your boy?"
Rui laughed, and held Lin tighter. "First of all, he is my man. Second, yes, you did. Why do you care?"
"Because you and your "man" are getting a little too friendly." Adri muttered.
Rui hopped onto Lin's lap, sitting like a chair. "That's what everybody tells me. Now tell me, why should I care?"
Adri just stood there, and looked at the two of them. Rui knew she was confused, and angry. When she got angry, she put her hands behind her back, and now she was. It looked like she was trying to hide something.
"What ever. If you want to go and be that way, go ahead. If you happen to need me, you can call me. Mom and Dad shouldn't be home until ten-thirty, but I'll be home by seven." Adri muttered, as she walked out of the door way.
Rui hopped out of Lin's lap, and ran up to his sister by the stairs. "Adri!" He called.
When she turned, he jumped into her arms, hugging her by the neck. She held him, so that he didn't fall.
"Rudu?" She asked.
"I love you, I really do. Stop fighting with me, okay? I'm sorry for the stuff I'm doing, and if I'm hurting you, but I do love you, Adria." He cried out.
"Rudu... It's alright I guess. Things just got a little out of hand. I'm sorry as well." She muttered, as she held Rui in her arms.
Once they let go, Rui stood, looking up to his big sis. Adria winked, and continued to walk down the stairs. Rui wanted to clear the air between them, now that he was losing his thrown. He eventualy walked back to the room, and saw Lin on the bed with his boxers on.
"That was quick." Rui laughed.
"Well, the shirt practicly took itself off, and my pants were so big all I needed to do was untie the sash." Lin smiled.
Rui walked in the room, closed the door, and locked it lightly. When he got to the bed, he sat, and Lin crawled up his back.
"What? What's wrong?" He asked.
Rui knew nothing was arong. Everything was right for a change. It felt weird, that everything was so right. He was losing his title, his relationship with his sister was restored, he was on the bed with his boyfriend on his back, and he was mostly happy. He was happy.
"Nothing right now is wrong. Everything is right." Rui said, as he fell back into Lin's lap.
