I went to thinking in civics. 'The judicial branch of the govt. is hardly noticed." It barely affects the law making process. It just sits there. So I was thinking. "what would it be like if a country was run by a judiciary system." So heres how I would interpret it.

1. Each supreme court justice would govern over a district, all of the justices meeting for national cases.

2. Judges would be elected.

3. The supreme court has the first and final say in the matter, although they could find at a later date a different verdict.
