I wrote this during my one and only study period during the week. I just sat there and started writing, it doesn't rhyme much or anything, but tell me what you think.
Icy stars glinting and glowing,
Dancing in the sky,
Swirl and sway,
Fall onto an empty valley,
Collecting frozen memories,
Like raindrops make puddles,
They collect until they are one,
A meaning,
A feeling,
A song,
A sigh,
Collecting together to form everything,
And nothing but shadows,
Slipping out of grasp,
Losing color and feeling,
Never going to last.
Icy stars and snowflakes,
Twirl and swirl,
Dancing till they disappear,
Like memories till they've been forgotten,
Meaning somthing till its gone,
Then somthing new takes its place,
As if those lost memories never were in that space.
The sun shines brightly,
Spreading its light,
Blinding the stars,
While shining so bright,
Icy stars fade,
And the snowflakes melt,
The sun is remembered,
While the stars and snow are no longer felt,
Gone like a whisper in a howling wind,
Replaced like a toy on a child's whim.
