This entry is for December 24th and the 25th!



December 24th:

Today I woke up and got dressed and ate breakfast (the usual). And then my mom takes me Christmas shopping for my dad and my cousin. When we were in the parking lot on our way leaving the Wal-Mart shopping center, my mom looks up and she yells at me "Oh my god who is that?". I turn and I say, "Oh my god! It's Nick Newman!" (Nick Newman is a character on a soap opera called The Young and The Restless who is played by Joshua Morrow). So my mom tells me to follow him on the other side of the isle of cars to see if it really is him. So I literally run to the door of Wal-Mart and when he walked by, he looked past me and I saw his face. It was him. My mom pulls around the corner and then she asks me if it really was him and I said that I was 110% sure. So my mom got the parking space that was literally right in front of Joshua's brand new Lincoln Navigator. We went inside the store and I sat down on the bench in near the exit so if he tried to leave I could call my mom on the intercom to come to the front of the store. My mom went around the store nonchalantly to look for him (you may think that that's stalkerish but it's not). So my mom comes running to the front of the store with a peice of paper in her hands and then sits down next to me. She had already met him and gotten his autograph, we were just waiting for him to come to the exit so that I could meet him. We waited for a while and I was almost jumping up and down in my seat. This is the conversation I had with him:


him - "Hello. What's your name?"
me - "It's...Kali. It's so nice to meet you. I'm a big fan, and so is my mom. We literally watch the show every day."
him - *chuckle* "That's cool."
me - "Could I possibly get and autograph?"
him - "Sure, why not?" *I hand him the peice of paper and he asks me how to spell my name and then he gives me an autograph*
my mom - "We're not trying to bother you or anything, but can we get some pictures?"
him - "Of course!"
Then I get a pictue with him and my mom gets a picture with him and then we talk for a while.


Another thing that happened today is that I saw this guy that I haven't seen for two years (Andy Frato) and his three little sisters and his mom at my dad's work. It was cool!








December 25th:

Christmas was fun.
