The Daily Babble
I might put something that happend to me that day, a quote, a story, or anything else. However, for the best results, just read what I wrote. Thank you.
Chapter One of the Un-named story
“Get up...Fight,” growled the voice. Araxon lifted up seeing a huge midnight black dragon with dangerous razor sharp teeth. It’s breath smelled rotten and corrosive, and the dragon had dark blood stains on it’s mouth. His eyes had an eerie glint to them that sent shivers down Araxon’s spine. Araxon somehow knew that the dragon’s name was Malum.
Araxon was dressed in a ripped white cloth but he had tough armor on his shoulders and boots. His hair was black but had a little gray mixed in. It was wild as usual. Araxon held a brass staff with a large silver ring at the end, and in the ring was an indigo orb, about the size of a fist. A loose wrap was around the top, hanging a bit.
The landscape was deserted and barren. Only a few scorched tree’s stood.
Araxon’s eyes were blurry and it made him feel nauseated and disorientated.
“I said get up, boy ” The dragon shouted, clawing the boy in his stomach up and into a tree. He felt little pain because he was numb with wounds, although, he saw the deep red gash.
Araxon struggled to keep standing as the dragon inched forward.
“Give me the orb.” Malum commanded.
“Never...” Araxon whispered. Malum’s face twisted with rage and he rushed Araxon.
Araxon didn’t know how to quite how to use the staff, but it suddenly glowed, giving him strength. He finally stood up straight, pointing the staff towards the dragon. The orb flashed as Malum slashed at Araxon again. Araxon sprang back and swung the staff with all of his might. Golden light poured off if it and it exploded when it reached the dragon’s chest.
“Ahhh How could this be? It...won’t end this way ” He screamed. With one hand clutching his horrible bleeding chest the dragon put his arm out, making a black portal beneath Araxon.
Araxon desperately tried to get a hold on the branch above his head, but it snapped half into ashes and he fell into the pulling, swirling darkness.
“Nooooo!” He yelled as he fell further and further. The darkness curled around and into him until he couldn’t breath or see. Araxon fell until it all ended. His heart stopped and the boy named Araxon Ventus was dead. Just another victim of the notorious Achromatic Dragon.
