A voice...no, two voices....
Light....
Ken?
"Sai? Sai, are you alright? Come on Sai, wake up!"Sai opened his eyes. Captain Shizu and Commander Kenomari were standing over him. "Sai! Hey Sai, how do you feel?"
Sai stood up and did a quick bio-check. "All systems seem to be functioning normal." Sai reported. Shizu laughed out loud and Ken sighed. "Wow, Sai! You really are a Miniture Data!"
"Hey!"
Ken laughed at that. They both knew how Sai hated to be called mini-Data. "Yup, Sai's back!"
"Well, we should probaly return to the bridge." Ken said, streching a bit. Sai looked around and realized that they were in Ken's (cluttered) Quarters (which he evidently shared with Sai and used as his lab.). "Sure. Is Sai ready to return to duty?" Shizu asked, absent mindedly.
"I don't know. I want to do an extra check to make sure he's fixed for good and WOW that sounded wrong!" Ken slapped his forehead. rolleyes What a twisted mind. Shizu laughed even harder at that. "No, really, Ken! I feel fine! I'm ready to return to the bridge!"
"Come on Sai, we know the only reason you want to return to the bridge is to see M!"
"What?! Is not!" M was a half Vulcan, half human (on her father's side) female Navigator. Rumor around the ship was that M and Sai were dating, even though it was near impossible with Shizu around!
Shizu and Ken laughed. "I don't know, Shizu. I just want to be sure nothing else happens to him. M would kill me if Sai got hurt again!"
Sai: stressed We're not dating!
Shizu: " xd Oh, I'm sure he'll be alright. Besides, that damn Ensign who's taking his place is driving me nuts!"
"Well," Ken said slowly, still torturing Sai in his own twisted way, "I guess he'll be alright. We could let him see his girlfriend."
"THAT'S NOT WHY I WANT TO RETURN TO THE BRIDGE!!! scream scream "
"DON'T TAKE THAT TONE OF VOICE WITH ME ANDROID!!"
Sai: Ah! eek *whimmper*
After long moments of debate on the real reason Sai wanted to go on the bridge.............
Sai: Hello everyone! I have return to duty! smile
Everyone: xd Yay! xd Sai's back! Now we can get rid of that annoying first-year Ensign biggrin .....no offense man. sweatdrop
"Welcome back Sai." M greeted the android excitedly.
"Oh, uh, redface Hi, M. redface redface "
Shizu: Oh look! Sai's blushing! AW! True love! xd xd xd "
M & Sai: CAPTAIN SHIZU! scream
"Captain! An enemy ship is coming!" Shouted the first-year-red-shirt-extra-Ensign. "Which enemy, we happen to have many!" Ken joked (though accurately).
Sai quickly moved to take his place as Shizu just as quickly moved to the captain's chair. "Status, Lt. Commander Sai?"
"Working...." Sai muttered.
"Captain!" Sai suddenlt realized just who the enemy was.
"What is it Sai?" Shizu demanded, already knowing the answer. "It can't be..." Ken whispered under his breath.
"Captain...it's them!"
