This one was a lot of fun. The author said "I didn't want people to think of this as a manga, but as a look into the life of Hekiku [the town the story is in] Town." And that's kind of what it felt like. ^_^ Good job Norihiro!
Angel Densetsu is about a boy who naturally looks like a serious japanese thug. I mean, seriously. Think of stereotypical thug #1, and he looks like that. XDDD
But despite that, he's a good student and a great person. But... things never seem to go as he intends, and people judge his actions based on his appearance leading to great misunderstandings.
The early drawings make it look like it's going to be a shounen, but it's very much a shoujou. It spans 15 volumes, and I can think of it as long and drawn out, but it doesn't feel like that when you're reading it. It really.... it just feels like you're living life with them. XDD A very.... very... VERY wild and complicated life. But it's more than worth the read. ^_^
