The debate has garnered attention for focusing on Sara Palin, the Republican V.P. candidate for John McCain's ticket. As the U.S. nears the election day, this topic becomes increasingly dominant in American society. While the thread name comes from the infamous Saturday Night Live quote, those opposed to Palin bring up good points in the form of real quotes taken from interviews and reliable sources. Evidence for pro- or anti- on Palin's "VP opponent," Joe Biden, is also provided; the thread creator herself admits that she doesn't like Biden much more than Palin.
