Asking Kazekage
One day many centuries ago, sat a small village in the center of a desert oasis. There was plenty of everything except defense. Desert raiders would come every week to reap the goods and water from the village. The villagers rapidly grew angry and inquire of the Kazekage of Sunagakure if he would appoint a noble to lead them. A Kazekage is a king of a city made up of many villages. The Kazekage becomes mad because he feels as though they are remarking that he isn’t a good enough leader. Bitterly, he sends a noble who takes more than the raiders and didn’t defend them from the raiders at all. The villagers plead to the Kazekage that they won’t annoy him with trivial details anymore if he would only remove this horrid noble from their village. Kazekage consents, and removes the noble. The villagers decide to make their own defense system to keep out the raiders. When this works, they realize that they will never have to ask the Kazekage for a noble ever again.
