So this weekend, I was hit by hurricane Ike. My poor little town was hammered. On campus, we had pine trees taller than 5 stories get ripped out by there roots, all sorts of limbs were ripped from the trees and power was lost in various places. However, it was off of campus that was really hit. Power was cut out all over the place, a friend's family's place had the roof fall off..... And all the by the grace of God, I was safe the entire time. So for those of you who cared, I'm fine and all is well. smile
