As I lie on the floor
You look at my wrists
The jagged red lines go on forever
You look in my past
And all you see are lies
Lies that never end
Lies that shed tears
And tears
Tears that poured the pain out
But then the tears stopped
And the pain was uncontrollable
I tried to deal with the pain
I really tried hard
But I didn’t try
Hard enough
That’s why you stand before my lifeless body
Spread out on the floor
In a puddle
Of red liquid
Coming from my head
Where a bullet went through
And left a hole
The gun lay beside me
My fingers still wound around it
Just yesterday
I asked you to help me
You said you were too busy
I told you
I was hurting
You said to get
OVER IT
I told you
I WANTED
To die
And you
Laughed
“You don’t
Want to die
You just want
ATTENTION”
Yeah I did
Want attention
But
You try being
IGNORED
From
EVERYONE
