	My Only Journal It's like a little window into my mind, except it's a journal.

That's what I made today. The cake mix was VERY runny and I wanted it to be a circle cake, but the problem with that is that all my circle tins are loose bottomed. I tested the tin with a little of the cake mixture to see if it leaked out and it was ok. I seem to remember somewhere that pineapple goes well with carrot cake, so I decided to decorate the cake with pineapple rings. Nell said it was nice, but my dad pulled a funny face....he always pulls a funny face (he's funny that way) Hmmm I made fudge too, but I was running out of walnuts so it's not as nutty as I would have liked. I also found out I had no chocolatey stuff to make it chocolatey with. So it's coffee and slightly walnut fudge AND it's texture is perfect: smooth and slightly chewy inside, with a crisp outer.
