Lauren: So anime's the TV show and manga's the comic book?
Me: Mm-hm.
Jazmine: Manga's the company that makes anime.
[long silence]
Me: You are an idiot.
I'm too hostile when it comes to anime. Amanda in my sixth period class and I were discussing what kind of Japanese anime she watched ("I don't really watch anime with...you know... gay people," is what she said when I asked her if she liked Gravitation), and she said, "Teen Titans."
That. Isn't. ********. Japanese.
What do you think I said?:
A. "Radical. *thumbs-up*"
B. "*in a low, yet sarcastic voice* That isn't anime."
C. "That. Isn't. ********. Japanese."
D. "...You are one seriously crazed-up fruitloop."
