A poor dog dieing for a artist's work.

They artist took a dog from the streets and trapped it in a corner without food or water, and left it there to die. He did this for artwork. People saw the dog, but most did not think of the dieing animal. It soon died, and now he is going to do it again. We can't let him. Please, please, look at this video. it was explain better then I can. It will also show you a link in the description and the video, where you can sign to stop this horrible, horrible artist.
