Ok, so for my next complaint.
So this morning, they froze our first class. Some sort of safety thing? Maybe an emergency drill, BUT NO! They took time out of our morning just to put us on a bus, talk to us for a little bit and send us on our way again. It was the most ridiculous thing in my life. I mean, when we sat down on the bus, the lady did some talking and we just made fun of the situation. She even laughed with us. It was so pointless cause all she did was tell us where the exits were. However, you do learn something new everyday. She explained about this emergency "yellow button" on the dash that you had to pull just in case your bus driver all of a sudden gets shot or drops dead. Funny, but me and my friend were just talking about how we would kick the driver off and attempt to drive the bus ourselves. Rather stupid, yes, but think about it! What if you're on a bit of a long trip, your driver drops dead, you're right in the middle of the freeway with 18 wheelers and junk, and you pull the emergency stop lever. I mean, no one would be able to get off cause the bus has no traffic cones. we would just be stuck there in the middle of the freeway getting flattened by these enormous road monsters with little kindergarteners who absolutely NEED to go to the bathroom. Ok, a bit worst case senario, but it COULD happen. Man, they need to have physicals for becoming a bus driver now.
Anyway, my point is, we had to stand in the cold, desert, sandy wind and wait for the other people to finish whatever they were doing so we can get on and have a little presentation similar to that on an airplane except much longer cause on an airplane, they don't tell you stories of crashing flights and people dying.
Wow, what a way to knock the info in you....
