Bartender
bars have different faces each carrying different mixes of cocktails and liquors.
A bartender? what is a bartender. A bar means perch and tender means gentleness when the two words are combined it means gentle perch "the wood is a bar by itself it's a mere board for placing liquor upon but because a bartender is there bar and tender gentleness is born" this is what bartender means. but "a bartender is nothing but a secret ingredient to a bar as to why the one who creates a bar in the true sense is the customer" these are words from the anime bartender the anime speaks of a Genius bartender, Ryu Sasakura who makes the most incredible cocktails anyone has ever tasted. the bartender is not only a person who serves liquor but a bartender is also a healer. the liquors are spirits... a bar is not a club, rather Bar's are hospitals for the soul that only open at night . "We bartenders have formless job precisely for that reason we must raise our ideals high or we will become useless. even if we can fake our way to our jobs we cannot fake our way of life but still i feel fortunate to have encountered the job of a bartender choosing not the craft of bar tending but the life of a bartender." bartenders create different liquors and cocktails each of them containing magic, memories and emotions within them. a bar at the same time can also carry heavy gates, why did i say heavy gates? well "A bar after all is a hideout it means a gang's hiding place. in exchange once you enter inside you can forget the world outside then you can forget your age, status and face your true self." these are few of the realizations i have found in watching the bartender. a lot of which connects to a lesson in life a bartender.... this is the life of a bartender.
Have you ever wondered why the bartenders training starts out by polishing bottles? i myself have been startled by this question i mean it is true why do we need to polish the bottles? well for starters so we would know where to find it right? but sasakura had a different reason. it was because a bartender must know the history behind the bottles/ liquors he sees each of these bottles carries memories and even emotions. it was really fun watching bartender ^_^
