It has come to my attention that it has been exactly one month since I began my quest for a Kitsune Mask. In that time, I have gained over 20k towards my quest. However, due to recent inflation, the Kitsune Mask is now worth over 300k more than when I started. That being said, I haven't made much real progress. sweatdrop As if that weren't enough, 20,000 divided by 31 is about 645.2. Therefore, on average, I've only made 645 gold per day thus far. If progress continues at this rate, I could finish my quest in 2,245.8153 days, or 6.1 years. That's assuming that the price of the Kitsune Mask doesn't inflate or deflate. In 6.1 years (if things go well in school), I'll be in college. I'm certainly not an expert at what college is like, but I doubt it'll be easy. Therefore, I won't be on Gaia very often in college. As a result, I'll be making even less gold towards my quest by then.
All of that being said, I need to speed up my quest progress. I'm afraid to "play" the Marketplace anymore, based on a few things I've heard. Therefore, I'll probably make most of my gold through posting, jigsaw, and donating to Gaia. Hopefully I'll be doing better next month...
