It was a wound that couldn't be mended, it was so deep inside their hearts. No one had even noticed it, though it was tearing them apart...
They were such close friends, turned bitter enemies. It's sad that we do such horrible things because of love. An arguement, a change of views, favors turned to owing dues, smiles that hide each hateful eye.... leave no regrets in your life, don't let a good relationship make a turn for the worst, don't leave a bad relationship to flourish. Don't fall victim to it's binding grasp.

It becomes so hard to recognize, our selves, our hates, our loves... boundaries we said we'd never cross. "It was only because they did this to me, i just wanted us to be even." Even... eventually, you will see... it's all just hypocrisy. The scale just rumbles up and down, there is no such thing as being even.

A glass heart in each of us... so easy to shatter but so hard see into, even harder to mend... if only it was right in front of us...

Though these are just my wandering mind, my drifting thoughts i've lost through time... i feel like someone has to feel one of these ways, at least some time in their life. And i just had to let my bottled feelings go.
