I just applied to Perkins. Kiri's working there right now and she's told me about how relaxed it is working there and how she does actually have fun working there. So I applied last night and had a mini-interview with the assistant manager. It went pretty well. It started out pretty well, too. I forgot my social security number (note to self: grab that before I leave for school) and one of the girls working there said that she only started remembering it when applying for college, and I laughed and said that I was sure I'd memorize it soon enough.

And I talked to the assistant manager for a bit. She seemed pretty nice and when a couple kids walked by we both smiled at them and laughed a little. I was applying to be a hostess, but she said they're really short on servers, so I'll probably be a server instead, and that's fine with me. I just want a job. xd

I have my real interview with one of the managers today after school.
