Before school ended a couple months ago I was asked if I could draw a comic for a friend. All he really said was that it was based off an RPG he and his friends played and that it was their characters running around and beating eachother up. Well I thought it might be amusing so I signed on for the meeger amount of $120. ( cheese_whine Let's face it, $120 is not a thing when it comes to making a comic. Character sketches, background sketches, ink, paper, time and energy, etc. it is not nearly enough pay but I need some form of income *shrug*) Well...he e-mailed me descriptions of the characters and gave me part of the story and I am kinda losing interest. I didn't realize the story was going to be so serious and not as funny. I will still work on it as much as I can but I just don't feel motivated any more. I wonder if this happens to a lot of other artists.
