It makes me angry and sad to see people in SF who have personally benefited from leniency of moderators (read: me) complaining that it does not exist.
Saying that we expect users to be robots, and to never make mistakes, when I know for a fact that they have only been simply let off with a warning or simply given polite suggestions that they stop such behaviors.
Will they tell you that as well? No. Of course not.

I'm married and have kids. Moderating is often like taking care of a three year old. Who knew?
