they just passed a new law in the state of Louisiana basically stating that if your pants are so baggy that they can't stay up while they are on your hips or whatever u will be fined up to 500 bucks or up to 6 months in jail...
their example was if a cop tells you to put your hands in the air and your pants fall then they will charge you and bring u in and fine you...
