So, I got myself a hair cut,
it's nothing drastic or anything
just now
the small-of-my-back hair
is little-below-the-shoulder hair.
Same color, well sort-of.
It's a strawberry brown right now
'cause I'm too lazy to redye it
people tell me it looks nice.
It's still layered, 'cept that they're a bit more visible now
so that's a plus.
Only cost $10.95
BUT I forgot to the tip the hairdresser
so now I feel awful.
I'm actually thinking of going back and giving him like five bucks or something.
I guess having a job
has really changed my outlook on life.
I realize now that money does not,
in fact,
grow on miniature trees hidden within a parent's wallet.
No.
Instead, you have to earn said money.
You have to work for every single red cent,
and it feels kind of weird knowing that the dollars in my pocket
are a product of my own efforts.
It's a good kind of weird though,
and I guess
I'm proud of myself.
Yeah, I'm proud.
