Do dreams have a way of making you remember them?


I'm in the 9th grade going to the 10th and back in 4th grade I had a dream the night after playing FF 7, it was a dream where Speh came to my elementary school and tried to kill me...he almost got my friends but in the end I pulled through...now that was a simple dream I could've lived with but I guess it wasn't finished...five years later when I'm finishing 8th grade I have the dream again but this time I'm in the midlle school and my best friend came to my school, which is two states away from my elementary school, and told me he was back..he had gotten my other friends and now they're dead..so he comes to my school and I can't take him down its been years, you'd think I remember how to beat him? well I lose the first fight but he lets me live and challenges me to another one later but kidnapps my friend..but thats where my second dream ended..do you think its a possibility that the third and hopefully final part of the dream will come?
