I don't get it! I'm mean I know why we have them so stupid people who can't drive don't drive too fast, but what about me? I am a perfectly good driver. I never gotten into a car accident, ever, and I have been driving for a ling time. I think that they should have levels of drivers licences. The bad drivers have restrictions, like speed limits and what they can drive, and even perhaps where and when they can drive. Now I lnow what your thinking but wouldn't that be more effective? Punish the bad drivers the that they pratice enough to become better drivers and there fore help everyone! And then drivers like me could drive as fast as I want!! heart
