• Lost

    No one exists with only one exception.
    No guidance or any sign of direction.
    Alone here I stand in a world full of darkness.
    No sign of life and no way out regardless.
    Turning around in circles, searching for the exit.
    My heart is racing faster by every single minute.
    As I keep walking I wonder if I've been here before;
    Lost in confusion and where this place is, I am unsure,
    Or have I never left and been here all along?
    Thinking maybe there is no place for me to belong.
    Is this just a dream and I am not really here?
    And when I awake this will all just disappear?
    But as I close my eyes and reopen them all I see,
    Is darkness all around devouring me.
    Am I blind and have I lost all hope insight?
    Or am I dead and this is the afterlife?
    So many questions with no answers to find.
    Am I going insane, have I lost my mind?
    Will I ever get back to the place I call home?
    Or will I always be here forever all alone?
